FedEx Ground: 2 to 6 business days depending on your location.
LTL (Less Than Truckload): up to 8 business days for large orders.
For customizable Oshibori products, a lead time of maximum 10-20 business days should be anticipated, depending on quantities and the level of customization.

Use of Oshibori Concept towels
The minimum order quantity is 50 oshibori, which is equivalent to one standard box. This also applies to oshibori with semi customization (logo or text). For the 6-gram size, the minimum order quantity is 100 units, packaged in boxes of 100.
Our Oshibori is a single-use towel, so it is intended to be discarded after use. However, there’s nothing stopping you from collecting your used towels and washing them in a washing machine at 30°C. They won’t retain any odor and will simply be dry towels again.
We recommend storing Oshibori at temperatures below 25 degrees.
Oshibori is a refreshing towel made entirely from cosmetic ingredients, designed for use on the hands and face. Oshibori Concept™ is committed to complying with the requirements of European Regulation 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, adhering to industry standards, and ensuring the quality of its products. Our factory has been ISO 22716 certified by Intertek since April 2018.

The Oshibori can be used hot or cold. To maximize its cooling effect, you can place your Oshibori in the refrigerator (in its packaging) a few hours before use. A cold Oshibori is particularly refreshing after a decongestant treatment, for example, or in hot climates.
The Oshibori can be used at room temperature, warm, or cold. You can place your Oshibori in its packaging and heat it in the microwave for a few seconds (the time varies between 5 and 10 seconds, depending on the microwave). The Oshibori will stay warm for 7 to 10 minutes after being heated.
